Draft updated: 15 September 2026

Pre-release draft — legal and operational review is pending. This version is not approved for public launch.

This notice concerns the public RockTech NeXus website and enquiries made through it. It does not replace the privacy information supplied separately for a Rocklytics or mineraX account.

Who is responsible

ROCKTECH NEXUS jednostavno društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za računalno programiranje (ROCKTECH NEXUS j.d.o.o.), Ulica kneza Porina 61, 10410 Velika Gorica, Croatia. OIB 00727801698; MBS 081626220; EUID HRSR.081626220. Registered with the Commercial Court in Zagreb; share capital EUR 5.00.

Information you provide

Beta, pilot and investor enquiries may include your name, email, organization, role, country or time zone, workflow, intended use, evaluation objectives and optional message. Pilot enquiries also offer team size, timing and NDA/procurement questions. Fields marked as required are needed to assess that enquiry; you can alternatively email us. Do not send passwords, special-category personal data or confidential engineering files.

Purpose and legal basis

We use enquiries to respond and assess an evaluation or business relationship. Steps requested by you before entering a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable. Other business enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in handling relevant correspondence, Article 6(1)(f). Reading this notice is not consent to marketing.

How forms work

When the dedicated enquiry service is enabled, the form validates and stores the request in the company-controlled lead database and returns a reference only after storage succeeds. It records the enquiry type, supplied fields, privacy-notice version and acknowledgement time. For acquisition measurement it may also record the landing path, a coarse channel and referrer source, and short campaign labels supplied in the page link. This lead attribution does not store the full referrer URL or search query. If that service is not enabled, the form opens a prepared message in your email application; you must send that message yourself.

Recipients and service providers

Enquiries are handled by the company. The deployed database, hosting and SMTP providers process information only to store, deliver and respond to the enquiry. Information may also be disclosed where a legal obligation requires it. The final provider list remains part of the pre-launch legal review.

Website analytics

This website includes Plausible Analytics for page visits and selected interactions such as application actions. Form message contents are not passed to analytics by the website code. See Plausible’s data policy for its service description. Product-account analytics are outside the scope of this website notice.

Retention

The dedicated enquiry service assigns each new lead an expiry date, configured to 180 days in the deployment template, and runs automated expiry cleanup. A different period may apply if an enquiry becomes part of a contractual record or must be retained to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Email, delivery logs and analytics may have separate retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Complaints

You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including Croatia’s Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP).
