These terms concern the public RockTech NeXus website. Access to beta software, pilots, paid services and product accounts requires a separate agreement covering the specific scope and responsibilities. This website does not offer a public checkout.

Purpose and product stage
The website describes software and invites evaluation enquiries. Rocklytics is in private beta; mineraX is in closed beta for selected pilot partners. An enquiry does not guarantee access, a delivery date, a particular feature or a commercial price.
Engineering boundaries
Website examples and descriptions are informational, not project-specific engineering advice or signed engineering documentation. Preliminary outputs require qualified review and cannot replace site investigation, detailed design, permits, statutory checks or professional judgment.
Research scope
The linked tunnel publication concerns its stated methods and assumptions. It is not certification of every Rocklytics workflow and does not validate mineraX.
Evaluation arrangements
Before access, the parties should agree the available workflows, intended use, data handling, confidentiality, support, duration, termination and any fees. Website descriptions do not expand the agreed scope.
Permitted use
Use the website for legitimate evaluation and communication. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit malicious material or impersonate another person or organization.
Content and third-party materials
Website content and software may be protected by intellectual-property rights. References, publications, open-source components and third-party materials retain their own ownership and licence terms. Mentioning a name or displaying a brand does not assert that it is a registered trade mark.
Availability and responsibility
Website features and content may change. No uptime commitment is made by this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded; product-specific responsibilities belong in the applicable agreement.
