PILOT EVIDENCE PROGRAMME

Evidence before endorsements.

A repeatable path from pilot baseline to a reviewable, permissioned case study — with measurements, limitations and publication rights kept explicit.

Current public status: No public customer case study has been approved yet. Templates are ready; result fields remain intentionally empty.

EVIDENCE PIPELINE

A claim is the end of the process, not the start.

  1. 01

    Baseline

Record the current workflow, inputs, handoffs, review effort and agreed measurement method before using Rocklytics.

  2. 02

    Observed evaluation

Run one representative, non-sensitive workflow and keep assumptions, warnings and reviewer notes beside the result.

  3. 03

    Closing read-out

Compare the agreed measures, document gaps and decide whether to stop, extend or scope a next step.

  4. 04

    Publication review

Publish only the exact wording, figures and attribution approved in writing by every relevant party.

PUBLICATION GATE

What a defensible case study contains.

Context

Organization type, reviewer role and workflow — anonymised where required.

Baseline

Existing steps, tools, handoffs and the measurement method agreed before the evaluation.

Scope

Methods evaluated, data boundaries, responsibilities and explicit exclusions.

Observed results

Measured values with denominators, dates and collection notes — never inferred marketing figures.

Limitations

What the evaluation did not test and where qualified engineering judgement remained necessary.

Next decision

Stop, refine, extend or scope a commercial engagement based on the recorded evidence.

Template ready

Baseline, closing-report, anonymisation and publication-approval templates are ready to use.

Pilot data required

Outcome charts remain empty until a real pilot supplies an agreed baseline and final measurement.

Written approval required

Names, quotations, logos and measured results stay private unless their owner approves release.

Have a representative workflow? Start by agreeing the baseline and the closing decision.
